TRIBUTE:

A tribute is a testament dedicated to building up a person's reputation. 

Something given or done as an expression of esteem.

Something done or created to show thanks or respect.

In this case, a deep show of respect and honor to a modern-day hero; one who gave all or part of their lives to the call of reaching children for Christ.

Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. 

Hebrews 13:7

Through the years thousands of faithful servants have dedicated their lives to reaching children with the Gospel through the ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship.  The basis of this web site is to encourage one another in the faith as we honor those who went before us.  As we read in Hebrews 13:7, it is important to "remember your leaders".  As we testify to their way of life, it will be much easier for us to imitate their faith even as we trust god to build our faith.  

For those who are serving in ministry today, let these tributes encourage you and bring honor to God.  For those who are not serving, allow these tributes to open your eyes to the riches we share in Christ Jesus; perhaps you will be inspired to commit yourself to a life of service just as those who went before us have done.
